Wired Open day was TOPS.

After a week of storms the outdoor event management gods granted us a sublime evening for five local and visiting artists to perform. We wish to express our gratitude to these artist for aptly conveying the audio visual possibilities of an instrument made of fencing wire.

For an event to be successful, especially when held in a paddock, the contribution of many other people and organisations are vital. Wired Open Day was no exception to this rule. We are indebted to many for their enthusiasm and support, and wish to further express our appreciation. The volunteer committee of the Cootamundra Creative Arts and Cultural Centre (CCACC) provided a delicious BBQ meal for our guests, with proceeds raised for the CCACC building fund. The Muttama fire brigade supplied its fire truck on standby, a Riverina based St Johns Ambulance volunteer was at hand, our neighbours were very accommodating, many local businesses displayed our promotional posters/flyers, and the Heritage Gardens Motel, Southern Comfort Motor Inn and the Cootamundra Gardens Motor Inn each provided accommodation discounts to our visiting audiences.
