we have contact !

yesterday marked the inaugural recording of the Wired Lab on the 1st set of 'Rawilla' wires!
dave was a busy solder bee yesterday and got one set of the contact mics ready to be attached for recording...
although in mono, there was much excited chatter about the recording & how the wires are already singing with complex harmonics.

I bought a ticket last night & it seemed to go through OK. have booked some accom/car hire today too so looking fwd to a road trip. is it ok to bring my camera to take pics/video? I've been checking out some of the past events on this site - they all look/sound great. I was living in israel then so this is the first one I've seen since returning to Aus.
