About Me:: All my life I’ve always had a passion for science and how things work. Working as an electronics engineer has given me the tools and opportunities to learn even more. I spend my spare time building robots, artbots,windharps and sharing these activities with my family. I got started building windharps a few years ago after I heard recordings on the internet. What wonderful sounds! Building magnetic guitar pickups, preamps and making recordings then followed. Now I'm looking for ways to make longer lines and better recordings to share with the world what I discovered.

I've been using a stereo mic inside the polystyrene box amplifier and, while I can't actually hear the sound traveling in one side and out the other, I can see it on the levels.

I'm curious as to how the vibrations travel up and down four wires, do they loop around a couple or bounce up and down?
